Our Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship, giving you confidence that your window furnishings are made to last. Because we partner with a range of trusted manufacturers, warranty periods vary slightly by product—but all are selected with durability and performance in mind.
Roller Blinds
Premium System (Acmeda): 5-year warranty (including chain or motorised control and all components)
Standard System: 3-year warranty (including chain or motorised control and all components)
Venetian Blinds
5-year warranty for workmanship and components for both PVC and Wooden Venetian blinds
Curtains & Roman Blinds
Workmanship: 5-year warranty
Componentry & Fabric: 2-year warranty
Our warranty will not respond in the following situations:
Damage or malfunction that is the result of misuse, abuse, accidents, incorrect DIY installation or alterations made post-purchase (unless arranged by us);
Minor loss of colour intensity or minor fraying that would be considered general wear and tear and/or a characteristic of the product;
Damage contributed to by environmental factors such as exposure to outdoor elements, excessive humidity, salt air, pets or insects.
